Registered Mailing Address

Privéspace provides Registered Mailing Address, which can be used as the registered address for your Singapore company or registered business entity, or to receive your personal mail.

Daily Mail Notification

Privéspace provides free daily mail notification via email, telephone, or sms (for Singapore mobile phone users only). All mails are processed and to be collected only during office hours.

Mail Holding

Privéspace will keep all mails unless we have your instructions to post/courier them to you. Uncollected mails will be disposed after 90 days.

Daily Mail Collection

Privéspace is committed to collect all mails daily via SingPost or courier. Privéspace will inform clients by email, sms, or telephone call. For clients who opt for self-collection, Privéspace will inform client to collect. Privéspace will hold the mail for 90 days.

Weekly Mail Forwarding

Privéspace will forward all mails to clients every Wednesday and Thursday for any arrival of postal mails including items and small parcels. Weekly mail forwarding will be free from any handling or postal charge for standard size mails (based on SingPost standards) that will be forwarded to Singapore postal address. Non-standard size mails will required additional cost.

Foreign customers will be required to place a deposit of S$100/- for postal charges.

*If Wednesday is a public holiday or non-working day, mail forwarding will be postponed to the following working day.

Shared Phone Line

Privéspace provides a shared Singapore phone number and we will forward your messages to your email. The set-up time for a shared phone Line with automated phone answering in your Company’s name will take about 5 to 7 working days.

All forwarded messages will be charged at a minimum rate of S$1.00 per message.

Shared Fax Line

Privéspace offers you a shared fax number and will send directly to your email, in Adobe PDF format. All inbound faxes will be routed to your email address without any handling charges. The forwarding of fax documents by email will be done on working days only.

For outbound faxes to Singapore-based fax number will be charged at S$0.50 per page. Outbound faxes to foreign-based fax numbers will be a standard charge at S$1.00 per page. All outbound faxes will require a tariff deposit of S$20/-.

Foreign clients will need to email/fax us your business/company registration certificate and passport for activation of this service. Please contact us if you require further clarification on this service.

Hot Desking Facility

Privéspace subscribers of our VO Space package may have use of an office desk.

The booking rate is S$5/- per hour subject to availability.

Meeting Facilities

Privépace provides a meeting room with imported designer furniture for 4 - 5 persons. This is available during normal office hours (Monday - Friday, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM). The meeting room booking must be made 1 to 2 day in advance and all bookings are subject to availability. We accept shorter notice/same day booking but this is also subject to availability.

For all our subscribers, the booking rate is S$20/- per hour for excess usage.
